MY EMPLOYER IS ON YOUR LIST OF AFFILIATES. WHAT ARE MY BENEFITS?

Our affiliate members enjoy 80-100% coverage on preventative services up to their maximum allowable annual insurance benefits. Non-preventative services listed on our menu are covered at your insurance's 'Usual-and-Customary' determined fee schedule. Further you would receive 5% discount on cosmetic services listed on our menu.

WHAT IF I HAVE A REGULAR DENTIST?

We encourage you to keep your regular dentist and use our services as an adjunct to take your oral health to a new level. We share your records with you through a HIPAA approved secure portal , so you can share them with your dentist when the need arises. 

WHAT IF I AM IN PAIN, MAY HAVE A CAVITY OR OTHER DENTAL ISSUES?

Our exams are comprehensive using the most advanced diagnostic technologies. We check for signs and symptoms of cavities, periodontal disease, occlusal imbalance and oral cancer. If we find any signs of cavities or other condition, we will advise you on your treatment options and refer you to appropriate specialists for treatment.

WHAT INSURANCES DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major PPO insurance plans’ -including Aetna, BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna, Guardian, Metlife and United Healthcare- Out-of-Network fees, applied to all services listed. Our basic service is covered at 80-100%, up to three times per year by most insurances. Coverage for services varies according to an individual's benefit schedule, so please don't hesitate to contact our concierge for any assistance with your dental insurance.

WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE DENTAL INSURANCE OR MY TREATMENT IS NOT COVERED BY INSURANCE?

Our goal is to help you maintain regular visits and avoid complicated and costly treatments. For that reason we have designed a menu that is transparent and affordable. Please don't hesitate to contact us if we can be of further assistance on this matter.

WHY is brilliantsmile a non-contracted insurance provider?

Majority of our patients in midtown Manhattan are enrolled in employer-paid insurances which are only concerned with members' health as long as they are working for the employer. If a member switches jobs, insurance carrier or is eliminated, they are no longer their customer. Therefore insurances do not have the incentive to take your long term health outcome into account. If we were to become a contracted provider, it would pose a conflict with our mission to serve our patients' long term interest. 

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS?

Our basic service is offered at a discounted price of $199 if you buy a package of four treatments. Also if you are a part our affiliates, we offer you and additional 10% discount on non-covered services.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all credit cards, CareCredit, ApplePay, Paypal, personal checks and cash.

WHAT is your cancellation policy?

Due to the limited number of available appointments, a cancellation fee of $150 is applied to cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment time. No-Show fee for a previously scheduled appointments is $250.

If at any time prior to your appointment you experience any common COVID-19 symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, loss of smell or taste, or come in close contact with anyone who has COVID-19 or is quarantined, please obtain a PCR test prior to your appointment. In the event that this test result is positive, please contact us to reschedule your appointment without a penalty.
